The location of Jopes Mill And Lodge was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful country lanes, trees, and the calming sound of a nearby river. We loved the ecological focus and the freedom to explore the grounds. Plus, it was conveniently located with easy access to local restaurants, Dartmoor, and the beaches. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always available if needed. And let's not forget the delicious cream tea we received upon arrival!

The hosts were welcoming and provided complimentary tea, scones, cream, and jam. The property is situated in a quiet valley with a bubbling stream. The location is convenient, with nice beaches and places to visit on the south coast within a 15-minute drive. The property itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with nice grounds to walk around.
There were no wardrobes or places to hang anything in the bathrooms. The live TV was not available, only catch-up.

Met by charming and attentive hosts who provided delicious scones and home made apple juice on arrival. The lodge was beautiful, located in a stunning and peaceful setting. The cleanliness was impeccable and we didn't notice any dust.
Minor gripe with the kettle being full of limescale, but easily resolved by tipping out before use.

Quiet location, excellent facilities, and peaceful large garden landscape. The clear stream running through the property was a great hit with our son. The woods surrounding the lodge provided a strong connection with nature.
The location is a bit isolated and a car is necessary. The nearest pub is a bit of a trek, and main attractions were a long drive away.
